Cancellation

Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent automatic renewal. Because annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate, early cancellation does not entitle a subscriber to a refund. Refunds are generally not provided for requests made more than 7 days after payment, except where required under Substack’s refund policy. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the publisher’s discretion.

Customer Support

All subscriber support is handled through Substack. I do not provide customer support via personal phone calls or text messages.
